Agrimetrics Associates, Inc. was established in 1965 by Bob Kruger and Sidney Brown. In 1997, Sidney Brown sold the company to G. Thomas Martin Jr. In 2006, Agrimetrics Associates, Inc. was acquired by Agri Stats, Inc.
